In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of mg525 is strictly conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. mg525 does not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances. • Single account: You do not already hold an active or suspended mg525 account. Only one account per person, per household, and per IP address is permitted.
• Own funds: All funds deposited into your mg525 account are your own lawfully obtained funds. You are not acting on behalf of a third party.
• Jurisdiction: You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction before registering or depositing. mg525 provides services on an internationally licensed basis.

To access the Services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The following conditions apply to all mg525 accounts:

• Account transfer: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any portion of your balance to any third party.

mg525 supports a comprehensive range of payment methods tailored to the Indonesian market. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

• Supported deposit methods: Bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and BSI; e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja; and cryptocurrencies USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20) and BTC.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for IDR bank transfers and e-wallets, and the equivalent in USDT or BTC for crypto deposits. Minimum amounts are subject to change and will be displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposit processing: IDR bank transfers and e-wallet deposits are credited to your account within minutes of confirmation. Crypto deposits require the standard number of network confirmations for the relevant blockchain before funds are credited.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Accounts must pass KYC verification before withdrawals above threshold limits are processed.

• Currency of settlement: All IDR transactions are settled in Indonesian Rupiah. Crypto transactions are settled in the relevant cryptocurrency at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction.
• Platform fees: mg525 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. Your payment provider or bank may apply its own fees; mg525 is not responsible for third-party fees.
• Refused transactions: mg525 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

mg525 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• One bonus per player: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses via multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by mg525. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. mg525 reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason.

All content on the mg525 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game assets, odds data, and interface design — is the intellectual property of mg525 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any mg525 content without our prior written consent. Game assets remain the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others) and are licensed to mg525 for display on the platform.

mg525 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• A request by the account holder to close their account.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon legitimate termination by the player, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds and any applicable deductions) will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mg525 holds its operating licence.
